Passion is at the core of disability services in higher education. It fuels our commitment to access, equity, creativity, and student success. Share Your Passion invites ORAHEAD members to come together to connect around the work that inspires us and sustains our dedication to inclusive campus communities. The 2026 conference will create space to exchange ideas, celebrate innovation, and strengthen relationships across institutions while centering the diverse experiences of students with disabilities and the professionals who support them.

We invite you to share your passion by contributing to the 2026 ORAHEAD Conference. The Call for Proposals are now open to those interested in presenting programs, practices, research, or reflections that advance disability services, equity, and access in higher education. We also welcome volunteers interested in serving as a keynote speaker, especially from within the ORAHEAD community, to help set the tone for connection, inspiration, and collective impact.

Whether you present, participate, or lead, your voice matters. By sharing what drives us, we strengthen our collective purpose and deepen our impact in support of students with disabilities.

Call For Proposals: ORAHEAD is now accepting presentation proposals. Submit the proposal form by September 4, 2026.

Vendors are welcome to attend the ORAHEAD Conference November 4-6, vendor sessions will be held on November 5, 2026. Two individuals are allowed per registration. Please specify the name of the individual when checking out.

Reduced Registration Rate for Confirmed Presenters

Hotel Information: To make reservations, attendees must call the hotel directly at 1-855-391-2484 and identify themselves as participant(s) of ORHEAD to receive the above group rates. All reservation requests must be received on or before October 5, 2026. Individual guests will be responsible for room, tax, and incidental charges upon checkout.
