Most in-person sessions will be presented live for those registered for the virtual conference. They will also be recorded for all registered participants to access at a later date. Please see the steps below to register. The sessions are not pre-approved for CRC CEUs. If you would like assistance with requesting CEUs after the conference, please contact us at orahead@orahead.org.

The in-person conference includes lunch and dinner on Day One, breakfast and lunch on Day Two, and breakfast and a boxed lunch on Day Three. Options include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. The Hallmark Resort is offering discounted rooms in their beautiful, all ocean-view resort if they are reserved by October 2nd. The discounted rooms are: $139 for a Queen Patio or Balcony; $149 for a Queen Fireplace Top Floor; and $199 for a Limited Edition King Spa.

1. Review the conference schedule and save the dates! We will provide links to the Zoom address and session materials after registration.

2. Complete the registration form below. You may complete one form for multiple attendees.

3. Complete conference payment.

   After submitting your registration, you will be redirected to the payment window. The registration fee for the in-person conference is $350 for non-members and $300 for members. The registration fee for the virtual conference is $150 for non-members and $125 for members. ORAHEAD recognizes that many institutions are facing economic crises that limit availability of professional development funds. We have a limited number of scholarships available. If you would like to request a scholarship, please select the scholarship request option. Someone will be in touch with you shortly.

4. In-person attendees, if you would like a discounted room at the Hallmark Resort, make your reservation by October 2nd.

5. Enjoy the conference!

   After we receive your registration and payment, you will receive the links to the webinars and materials for each session.

6. Complete the conference evaluation form.
